(More customer reviews)Linon is a horrible company. I purchased this and the coffee table from there in February and am still fighting with them over damaged items. They were great the first time and sent the replacement piece very quickly. They taped the bubble wrap to the top of the table though and it resulted in damage to the piece. I contacted them again in March and asked for another piece. It is now September and I am still fighting with them over it. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB in order to clear this up.
Don't bother calling these people as nobody ever answers and when prompted to leave a name and number for them to call you back, they never will. Email is the only way you might actually talk to someone but its no guarantee. The product itself is good for the money you pay but I will never buy another Linon product, their customer service is horrendous!
