(More customer reviews)As several other reviewers have complained about with the company that makes this furniture set, multiple pieces came with slight damage (scratches/dents). The pieces were packaged in quite extensive padding so I highly doubt it occurred during shipping. Therefore, these were most likely damaged items that were sent out.
However, after contacting Visendecor and sending a couple pictures, they were more than happy to send out replacement pieces at no cost. Most of the pieces arrived in a week while some others took a bit longer. Once I had all the pieces in good condition, I was very pleased with the set.
So, my general feeling is this: this is a good set of furniture for the money and even though there is a chance of receiving some damaged pieces, you will be able to have these replaced and will end up with an unblemished set.
