(More customer reviews)Overall, I like this product. It supports my 100 pound tv with ease, and seems like a sturdy piece of furniture. Item arrived 5 days after ordering, as was delivered to my front door, even living on the 2nd floor. The 3 stars rating was given for 2 reasons. First, when I took out all the pieces, one of the shelves was cracked. It is a noticeable crack, but not worth sending back such a massive package over. Second, the assembly instructions were about a 9th generation copy, and the diagrams were impossible to read. To top it off, not all the pieces were labeled, so this tv stand took me over 3 hours to put together, when with proper instructions, it should have only taken me 1/2 that long. Overall, the piece looks pretty good, especially for the money.
