(More customer reviews)Overall, I like this product. It supports my 100 pound tv with ease, and seems like a sturdy piece of furniture. Item arrived 5 days after ordering, as was delivered to my front door, even living on the 2nd floor. The 3 stars rating was given for 2 reasons. First, when I took out all the pieces, one of the shelves was cracked. It is a noticeable crack, but not worth sending back such a massive package over. Second, the assembly instructions were about a 9th generation copy, and the diagrams were impossible to read. To top it off, not all the pieces were labeled, so this tv stand took me over 3 hours to put together, when with proper instructions, it should have only taken me 1/2 that long. Overall, the piece looks pretty good, especially for the money.

Linon Tasman Collection Console Table Review

(More customer reviews)This is an attractive console table at a very good price. Unfortunately the quality is poor and the table when put together is not strong as a result. Although it took a while to assemble, the assembly was relatively straightforward and easy. In most areas they use camlocks and cambolts instead of screws to attach the different panels. You insert the cambolt into a hole in one piece and then insert the camlock through the other piece and turn it into place. While this makes for easier assembly the locking mechanism doesn't work well so the pieces don't fit together securely. I had a couple of areas where they didn't fit properly and a few areas where the camlocks fell out even though they were inserted properly. Opting for screws in place of the cambolt-camlock combo would have been a much better decision by the manufacturer.
I would have returned this table, but after spending a couple of hours assembling it I didn't have the energy to take it apart. Plus I doubt I could have figured out the puzzle of getting the pieces to fit snugly in the box it was shipped in. My guess is the hassle and inconvenience factor would prevent most people from returning this product.

The marble top is very heavy, so it's a good thing that this stand is tucked into the corner - otherwise I think it would tip easily since it is so top heavy. The underside of the top was chipped during shipping, presumably. It's not that noticeable, especially considering that we placed the chipped side against the wall, but do be aware that the packaging isn't the best - a bit of bubble wrap would have solved this.

The cup holder/table and bags are an added bonus, definitely worth the $$. My only complaint is that the shipping was so high (although, if I had slowed down and done my research, I probably would have seen how much shipping was before the actual purchase, but still, it's very expensive.) But, the chair arrived very quickly, in about 5 days, so it's still worth the price. I definitely recommend this item.

Techcraft HBL52 52-Inch Flat Panel Television Stand Review

(More customer reviews)As most other people commented, this is an excellent stand, very sturdy, very classy looking. Easy assembly, maybe 30-40 minutes. Before I bought this, I could not find any info on the clearance of the shelfs; I have a high end receiver (Sony STR-DG720) that is about 6.25 inches high, and it wasn't clear to me if that would fit in any of the shelves on this stand. So here is some info on shelf heights and clearance: on the bottom shelf, you can fit anything up to 5.25 inches in height, which is more than enough for DVD player, PS2, PS3, etc., but not a high end receiver. The shelf above has more clearance; units up to 6.5 inches high slide easily in from the front (or back), so my Sony Receiver fits in nicely. Since the glass above (which the TV stands on) is supported by "domed" metal beams, you actually have up to 8.5 inches of height, if you slide any unit onto that shelf from the sides. This is because the metal frames the whole unit stand on cover a little bit of the total height of the second shelf at the front and back, but not on the sides. I actually was almost able to put my center speaker bar on top of my tall receiver on this shelf when sliding it in from the side, there was just a tenth of an inch or so height missing to do that. But since there is so much horizontal space on both shelves anyway, that was not needed (one can easily fit three components side by side on each shelf). So in summary, there is more than enough height on the second shelf for tall electronic units like high end receivers. Hope this is helpful!
