It does have some plastic clips on the fours corners of the legs that don't appear removable, but since we placed this table on a shaggy rug, you can't see them and they're probably good to have on wood surfaces so that you don't scratch your floor.
The only con to this purchase was the shipment packaging. It was delivered very quickly but came in a large wooden crate and the shipping company (Towne Air) didn't have a pickup service. The crate was definitely necessary to deliver the table in good condition, but if you live in a small apartment building without a truck, it's sort of tough to dispose of the crate... (and probably something the shipping company could recycle)
Overall, great piece of furniture that I would recommend.
