So I had to buy small L brackets and screw them to the sides to have a more stable joining of the sides. Hardware needs to be better quality. Otherwise I would recommend this product.

This table was a great deal, and fits in perfectly with my modern decor. It was easy to assemble - I put it together by myself in maybe 20 minutes. The quality is great - it's made from good, solid wood. It holds up a rather weighty lamp, and doesn't show any signs of sagging or wear. The shelves are perfect for storing errant magazines or books, too.

Mission Style Oak Finish Wood Occasional End Table Review

(More customer reviews)This table is not as advertised - the actual dimensions are 24" L x 24" W x 21" H. Additionally, the legs are not tapered at the bottom. When I received the tables I order and found the size/style discrepancies I contacted Visiondecor (the vendor/manufacturer) - I thought I'd received the wrong shipment. As it turns out, the piece has been altered since the description/photo and the current incarnation is in the dimensions/style stated in this review. Visiondecor was very helpful and apologetic offering me a choice between returning the tables or keeping them at a discount. It is a very nice table, goes together easily and shipped quickly, but if you're looking for a table to fit a small space, this isn't it.

It was easy to install and had a pretty shiny finish. I give it four stars because I dont think its worth over $170, its a lil too tall (you hvae to put somethig inside it otherwise it looks funny). Otherwise this is a classy, modern and perfect coffee table.

The only negative I can report is that all the tables have small dark spots on the top surface, as if some stain was spilled on them. These spots are not noticeable unless you really look close, so I did not return them. Overall I am pleased with the quality and price.

The table top is heavily distressed and bumpy, which might not appeal to some. Assembly is required and is a little tricky, as the "scrolls" make it difficult to access the holes and turn the wrench. was 18 mo or so. He used it for five years every day, and its went to my s-i-l who has a toddler and a 5 yr old and is still rock solid.
The melamine works great for playdoh etc. or you can even flip the mat if you don't want to stain up the melamine. The legs and sides are solid
wood, quality, sanded smooth, never a problem with chips, rough edges etc. The other tables you see at walmart, costco etc are way cheaper in feel
and even the pottery barn one is not as solidly built. Nilo has a stained version at their site which looks better in your family room, with french
legs rather than this blocky look, which I plan to purchase for my twin boys first b'day. We used the block mats which they sell with duplos/legos as well.
If you get the caddy plus bin Storage CaddyNilo-Bin Under Table Toy Holder for Nilo Activity Tables
which slide under, the caddy is heavy and hard to lift up, so while your kids can get to the trains in the caddy by themselves,
they can't easily access toys that are under the caddy -- which is a good thing if you don't want a huge mess while your back is turned. If cost
is not the only issue, this is the table to pick and it has hand me down ability...

(More customer reviews)This is the first time I have ever been compelled to submit a review for a product. I had high hopes for what looked like a beautiful chest. Unfortunately, it is poorly manufactured junk. When I tried to put this chest together, I discovered the wood was warped, the cam holes were misaligned, and the pieces would not fit flush. The holes drilled for the cam bolts are bored too large so the pieces will not fit and two cam pieces broke during construction. I finally gave up, went to the hardware store and purchased wood screws, wood glue, and angle braces and constructed it with those. Don't buy this product if you expect quality--or, at least, if you don't mind the extra work needed to construct a working chest. This is a poor excuse for a product from a company who claims they deal in 'fine furniture.'
